Christmas Concert Priority Seating and Parking Raffle

Tickets for the PAC raffle are being sold Wednesday at lunch time!


Do you want to be guaranteed a parking spot at the door?  Do you want to sit on a comfy couch, Front and Center at the Christmas concert?  Then you want to purchase a raffle ticket for this years draw!

Reserved Parking at the Front door and a Couch for 4

Reserved Parking 

Tickets are $2 each or $5 for 3.

Draw is on Friday December 4th!

Hot Lunch-Cycle 2 and PIZZA!

Hot Lunch & Pizza Lunch Orders

It’s that time of year again!  Ordering for Hot Lunch Cycle 2 (Jan-Feb 2016) is NOW OPEN!  Parent council has added a Pizza Lunch to this cycle as a special treat is for December17th!

HOW TO ORDER:
  • Use your hot lunch account that you created AFTER September 1st, 2015.  If you have not created an account yet this year please create a NEW account.
  • http://hr.hotlunches.net   (*note* no ”www” in the web address!)
  • If you need to create a new account the ACCESS CODE is - *please contact hrhotlunch@gmail.com for the access code*

DEADLINE:
  •  All payments and orders are required by DECEMBER 3rd, 2015 No exceptions as orders must be forwarded to suppliers in advance.  If you have had issues ordering in the past please complete your order in well in the advance of the deadline so that assistance can be provided if required.

HOW TO PAY:
  •  Once you have completed your family’s orders, please submit payment and the remittance form to the school in an envelope marked “hot lunch” with your child’s name and grade, on or before the due date.  If you have any questions please contact Kellie at hrhotlunch@gmail.com.
  • When submitting orders for multiple children please submit ONE CHEQUE FOR ALL CHILDRENCheques are to be made payable to “Holy Redeemer Parent Council”.
  •   EXACT CHANGE ONLY

  •  NOTE: PLEASE PAY THE AMOUNT ON THE REMITTANCE FORMSome of you may have a credit from last cycle!
  •  Can you help sort out Lunches?  Volunteers still needed!  Smaller children welcome!  Please contact our volunteer coordinator Michele at hrhotlunch@gmail.com.
  •  Food will not be sent home for sick/missing children.
  •   Due to lack of volunteers the program will only accept on-line orders this year to assist in the reduction of extra work for our volunteers, thanks for your understanding.

Annual Bring & Buy Sale

Bring & Buy Sale

It’s time to start thinking about the Bring and Buy sale. What is the Bring and Buy? Every year at Holy Redeemer the parents hold a sale of “garage sale” type items for the kids to purchase at a small amount (.25 - $2.00) as Christmas gifts for their families.

What:  Annual Bring & Buy Sale
-          Please send in New or Gently Used items By December 11th
-          If you have any gift bags and tissue to donate please send in by December 11th as the gifts will be wrapped for the kids.

When: Thursday, December 17th
-           (Don’t forget to send money with your kids so they can go shopping for their family!)

Can you help out? :
-          We need volunteers to help with Setup on December 16th, Sales on December 17th and Clean up on December 18th.  Please contact Angela Morin (hrparentcouncil@gmail.com) for more information.
